This report summarizes the outcomes of the project seminar focused on best practice in IP management and commercialization for SMEs in APEC economies. It specifically covers discussion on ways of solving the problems that SMEs face in certain economic aspects of IP field such as IP commercialization, IP marketing, reduction of innovation risks in IP management, technology transfer, patenting abroad, collaboration of SMEs and large businesses, search and training of personnel.
