Chair of APEC Senior Officials Meetings for 2004, Ricardo Lagos, provided APEC SME Ministers with a summary of the current themes and issues on the Chile APEC Year.
The two day APEC Small and Medium Enterprises Minister's Meeting is taking place in Santiago on October 6-7.
