Media Facilities for APEC Economic Leaders’ Week

Booking information is available for media facilities during the 2018 APEC Economic Leaders’ Week on 12-18 November in Port Moresby.

The proceedings will culminate with the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting on 18 November, to be chaired by Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O’Neill.

International Media Center (IMC)

The IMC for Leaders’ Week will be located at the Taurama Aquatic Centre, Port Moresby—about 6 km from APEC Haus and 6 km from Jacksons International Airport.

The IMC will be operational on 10-18 November 2018 between 07:00-23:00. Media access to the IMC outside of these times is available upon request.

A canteen at the IMC will offer complimentary dining to all accredited media and meeting delegates.

Booking and Payment  

Bookings for booths and facilities described above as well as requests for other equipment and facilities should be directed to [email protected].

Upon receipt of a booking/request, IMC management will issue a proforma invoice as the quotation for the remittance of payments.

Installation

Please e-mail a copy of the official receipt/payment transfer notice to [email protected]. Implementation and installation shall commence once full payment is received.
