Description
The purpose of this guidebook is to describe financing mechanisms that are appropriate for renewable energy projects in rural areas and to identify potential sources of capital for these projects and how to access them. In addition, policy and regulatory measures that will promote the use of renewable energy and innovative measures that will help foster renewable energy development in the APEC region are discussed.
