Key APEC Documents 2003 is the tenth in a series produced by the APEC Secretariat to provide a reference set of the key policy decisions and initiatives endorsed by APEC Leaders and Ministers each year. This issue presents a compilation of the statements from each of the APEC Ministerial Meetings held throughout 2003 together with the APEC Economic Leaders’ Declaration from their recent Bangkok meeting, including for the first time, the chair’s summary of discussions from the Leaders’ retreats.
