This report deals with the following two components of the project: a) Product Certification Bodies to operate their schemes in accordance with ISO/IEC Guide 65:1996 General Requirements for Bodies Operating Product Certification Schemes; and b) Accreditation bodies in APEC economies to align their schemes for accreditation of product certification bodies to ISO/IEC Guide 61:1996 General Requirements for Assessment and Accreditation of Certification / Registration Bodies.
