(Reproduced electronically in October 2006). This report presents the papers presented at the above seminar. The Dialogue aimed at (i) communicating the outcomes of 5 year implementation of APEC Trade Facilitation Action Plan (APEC TFAP 2001-2006) and (ii) brainstorming next step of trade facilitation activities in APEC in the period of 2006-2010, targeting further 5% reduction in transaction costs in the APEC region.
