The final report is an extension and more comprehensive version of the SCCP trade facilitation mid-term report report. It provides qualitative examples of initiatives undertaken by SCCP members to reduce trade transaction costs. To make the report more relevant to business, the final report links the examples of SCCP members with the priorities for customs administrations that have been identified by the APEC Business Advisory Council.
