Description
This project aimed at helping APEC economies develop a paperless trading environment in order to integrate them on a multi-national global scale with regard to paperless trade. APEC economies are targeted to achieve cross-border paperless trading where possible, by 2005 for developed economies and 2010 for developing economies.
