Member economies agreed at the APEC Intellectual Property Rights Experts’ Group XIX meeting held in August 2004 that a project on the Law and Best Practices to Examine Non-traditional Trade Marks among APEC Economies should be included in the work-plan of IPEG. A survey of member economies was then conducted. Details of the survey in this report.
