In August 2008, delegates from APEC Economies attended the APEC Customs-Business Dialogue ‘Towards and effective trade facilitation and protection of Intellectual property Rights’ in Peru. The Dialogue was divided into two sessions: Promoting Mechanisms of Intellectual Property Rights Border Protection and Security in the Supply Chain and Trade Facilitation. Details in this report.
