This paper is the output of the three-day seminar-workshop on developing a framework on mentoring/coaching out-of-school youth on entrepreneurship. The seminar-workshop hopes to address the project initiative of transforming the out-ofschool youth in the Asia-Pacific region into economically-productive and sustainable citizens.
