The "Seminar on the Necessity of Cultural Change to Promote Reporting on Air Safety Issues to Complement ICAO Requirements, November 2010 - CASE STUDY OF THREE ECONOMIES" discusses the background, methods and results of the Case Study for three participating Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies, Peru, Singapore and United States.
