The objectives of the Workshop, amongst others, were to share information on the current situation of the natural disasters and abnormal floods in the Asia-Pacific region, and provide recommendations to the Emergency Preparedness Working Group on how to further strengthen the APEC collaboration in addressing natural disasters, particularly the floods. This report includes the summary report and selected workshop presentations.
