The Menu of Options is structured according to the three pillars of APEC: trade liberalization; trade facilitation; and economic and technical cooperation (ECOTECH). It has been developed according to the guidelines set out in Annex I. This document represents an extension and further development of the Prototype Menu of Options agreed by the APEC Group on Services.
