This reports includes three parts. They are: one, to introduce low carbon regulations in APEC economics. Two, research on the natural gas cogeneration technology. Three, identify the barriers for implementing gas-fired cogeneration technology in China, and proposes suggestions on how to overcome these barriers.

The purpose of this study is trying to identify the barriers for implementing gas-fired cogeneration technology in China, propose suggestions on how to overcome these barriers.
