Description
This project represents a unique collaboration that brought together seven economies (Australia, China, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Thailand and the United States) to identify promising and transferrable strategies for enhancing recruitment, preparation, and induction of novice secondary math and science teachers. Along this journey of cross-Economy collaborative and comparative research, the participating economies have shared myriad details of their local contexts, strategies, accomplishments, and challenges.
