The final report for “APEC Low Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Promotion through Eco-Point Program (LCMT-EPP)” contains all studies and process contents such as the project background, data collection and assessment of EPP program via desk reviews, public consultation; focus group meeting, EPP forum and dissemination results, development process and the finalization of APEC EPP Guideline, development process and the finalized SAMUI EPP Guideline and Roadmap.
