Description
Recognizing the importance of environmental and energy issues, the international community has convened several international conferences on reducing the emission of greenhouse gas, energy saving and development of alternative energy and exploring strategies for sustainable development. This report looks at the index system for APEC Low-Carbon Model Town development in China.
