The APEC Capacity Building Workshop on FTA Negotiation Skills on Intellectual Property was conducted in December 2014. The workshop sought to increase capacity of negotiators and policymakers to participate in intellectual property negotiations. It was also a platform for sharing best practices and experiences in preparing for negotiations.
