The seminar sought to create a suitable platform for the representatives from public and private sector to discuss and to identify impediments/constraints in promoting PPP projects in infrastructure development and investment in APEC member economies from the perspectives of both public and private sectors. It also aimed at sharing experiences among APEC member economies on efficient framework to support PPP in infrastructure development and investment.
