This report summarizes the outcomes and recommendations from the seminar, “Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities through Access to Telecommunications”, which addressed topics related to i) Access to ICT as a fundamental right of PWD; ii) Policies and regulations on access to telecommunications for PWD; iii) Best practices on regulating access to telecommunications for PWD; and iv) Achievements, difficulties and challenges for PWD in the APEC Region.
