This publication serves as a reference tool for APEC member economies aiming to implement initiatives to better MSMEs’ understanding of the benefits of standards and conformance, and encourage adoption of standards and service by accredited conformity assessment providers and initiatives. It provides guidance on how to get MSMEs more involved in the development of standards, conformity assessment and metrology businesses, including guidelines on how to implement these strategies.
