Workshop Report: Strategies to Address Non-communicable Diseases through Science, Technology and Innovation - Nutrigenomics Approach

This report contains the proceedings of the APEC Nutrigenomics 2016. The workshop provided a venue to appreciate and understand nutrigenomics through sharing of knowledge, discussion of research results, and sharing of best practices in conducting nutrigenomics research. It also created frameworks for research collaboration among APEC economies through identification of research and knowledge gaps and discussion of opportunities for collaboration. The workshop was also an instrument in the identification of economically sound opportunities on how nutrigenomics can support the APEC economies.
