This report sets out recommendations to provide reference information on the potential application of Solar-Powered Emergency Shelter Solutions (SPESS) within the APEC region. It summarises useful information and solutions gathered from outcomes of a previous survey (Literature Survey on Developing Solar-powered Emergency Shelter Solutions as an Energy-resilience Tool for Natural Disaster Relief in APEC Community), workshops and SPESS open innovation competition.
