This report presents the discussions during the Capacity Building for Quality Infrastructure Investment in Rapidly Urbanizing APEC Region held in Tokyo, Japan on 17 and 18 October 2017. The project was focused on building capacity for government officials in charge of infrastructure projects in APEC economies, sharing good practices and lessons learned, and enhancing their understanding on quality infrastructure from both institutional and technical perspectives.
