This report outlines the discussions from the 11th Conference on Good Regulatory Practice held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea from 12 to 13 August 2018. The Conference gathered experts and participants from the governments and business sector to discuss the new and several approaches of the regulation in the digital economy, including exploring the role of digital technology in supporting GRP regulatory transparency and engagement, and exploring how economies can work together to ensure that regulatory frameworks account for a more digitalized world and the emergence of the digital economy.
