Description
This report presents the outcomes of the on-site visits conducted in Australia, China, and Chile to assess the current off grid electricity options, cost, and challenges of providing electricity and evaluate the technology and economical advantages of adopting solar, battery, microgrid, and DC microgrids to these regions. The report includes presentations from the workshop with in-depth discussions, ideas sharing, and strategy development in implementing clean and efficient energy solution to remote areas in APEC.
