This report provides the summary of the workshop, Riding the Wave of the E-commerce Trend: Emerging and Expanding Business Options for MSMEs, held on 4 – 5 June 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. The two-day conference aimed to devise a set of policy recommendations that will serve as a framework for member economies to steer future policy decisions that promote a sustainable and inclusive e-commerce ecosystem in the APEC region.
