Description
This report highlights some of the many activities of the SCE working groups and task forces. These are viewed through the lenses of the ECOTECH medium term priorities and the APEC Strategy for Strengthening Quality Growth, including its focus on institution building, social inclusion and environmental impact. The efforts of SCE fora in 2019 contributed to the development of key APEC deliverables in the areas of reducing marine debris; combatting illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing; women in the economy and small- and medium-sized enterprises among many others.
