The APEC Low Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Project Dissemination Phase 2, which succeeds LCMT Project Phase 1-7, seeks to accelerate the dissemination of low-carbon town in order to manage rapidly growing energy consumption in the APEC region. In this phase, feasibility studies of low-carbon town developments in Da Lat City, Viet Nam and Davao City, Philippines are conducted. This feasibility study report in Davao City provides the city with low carbon measures for different sectors towards low carbon urban development.
