This report compiles the topic-based summaries of presentations and discussions of the 2021 APEC Workshop on The Potential for Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the Field of IPR which was held from 29 to 30 July 2021. The topics covered an introduction to ADR, mediation, arbitration, online dispute resolution, how to promote and the potential use of ADR in the field of intellectual property rights.
