Optimum Health Program (OHP) in mental health aims to eliminate the stigma that is still strongly embedded in society. A webinar was conducted in January 2022 to share lessons about OHP. The webinar covered topics including an overview of OHP, health wheel, health plan 1 and 2, collaborative strategy, and health plan 3. This report highlights the discussion on good practices on mental illness recovery process covered in the conference.
