This project was committed to sharing best practices on the blockchain applications for the APEC region with a focus on effective policy, regulatory frameworks and regulatory approaches that are innovative as well as agile, flexible, and adapted to the digital era as the use of regulatory sandboxes.
This report presents the outcomes of the project which is divided into three parts. The first part is best practices in the three key areas: (1) sustainable green energy; (2) traceable, green safe food supply; and (3) decentralized financial applications. The second part is a workshop summary and main expert discussion. The third part presents policy suggestions formulated during the workshop.
