This report summarizes the discussions from the multi-stakeholder dialogue held virtually from 29-30 March 2022. The objective of the dialogue was to exchange information on impediments that MSMEs encounter in accessing and participating in the global value chain (GVC) specifically in the agriculture and food sector through a dialogue and thereafter develop a set of recommendations as a reference tool for APEC economies to tackle those impediments.
