This report was developed to (i) assess the need of developing new leadership capabilities in effective response to the work revolution, digital gender gaps and in well preparation for the workforce in the post COVID-19; (ii) enhance leadership capabilities in managing the integration of technology in the workforce and strengthen leadership in embedding diversity and inclusion; and (iii) develop a set of recommendations for economies to improve leadership capabilities in the global landscape after COVID-19.
