The APEC Low-Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Project Dissemination Phase 3, which succeeds LCMT project phases 1-7, seeks to accelerate the dissemination of low-carbon town in order to manage rapidly growing energy consumption in the APEC region. In this phase, feasibility studies of low-carbon town developments in La Monrina (Peru), Khon Kaen (Thailand), and Phu Quoc (Viet Nam) were conducted. This feasibility study presents report in these three towns, which provides the city with low carbon measures for different sectors towards low carbon urban development.
