The APEC Energy Working Group conducted the Workshop on Energy Resiliency Principle project from January to February 2022. A total of three virtual workshops were held to disseminate the APEC Energy Resiliency Principle, share knowledge and experiences on energy resiliency among APEC member economies, and solicit input for the development of the APEC Energy Resiliency Guidelines.

This report presents a summary from the three virtual workshop series hosted by Chile, Chinese Taipei, and the Philippines. The workshops featured presentations and discussions on: 

• Background of the Energy Resiliency Principle
• Draft Energy Resiliency Guidelines overview
• Government efforts to enhance energy resiliency
• Industry and other stakeholders’ (energy suppliers, energy consumers, financial institutions, and NGOs) efforts to implement energy resiliency measures
