The Good Practice Guide on Regulatory Reform (the Good Practice Guide) (Reproduced electronically July 2010) was prepared by the Economic Committee, and will assist member economies to design and improve their own regulatory architecture which allows them to systematically deal with the flow and stock of regulations. Its main purpose is to help APEC economies to develop good regulatory systems which produce good regulatory outcomes. Its six chapters provide an overview of key aspects of regulatory frameworks.
