Proposed by New Zealand in 2020, the project held the workshop to traverse how often vulnerable and disadvantaged indigenous and ethnic minority groups make best use of technology to bring innovation, expand markets and unleash their potential. The virtual workshop spanned 3 virtual seminars over the course of 1-2 weeks in October. Each seminar took 3 hours and centred on three core themes; technical barriers and considerations, opportunities for inclusive economic development and capacity building. Project started in August 2020 and completed at the end of 2021.
