Section III considers some procedures and measures that facilitate international cooperation. Section IV focuses on the confiscation and repatriation of the proceeds of corruption, a subject which has received particular attention recently in Asia-Pacific. Part 2 includes detailed information for the additional APEC economies taken from the material provided by each economy in its responses to the questionnaire.
