Transborder e-Trade changes the way in which enterprises, including SMEs, perform trade transactions. The assignment of business roles to parties involved in e-trade may differ significantly from a traditional paper-trade process. This report presents a reference model that serves to provide insight in the roles and functions that are needed to make this possible.
