This report presents the findings of a proposal aimed at promoting "multi-functional usage of ocean space" by integrating offshore floating photovoltaic panels and wind turbines within the same offshore wind farm. It highlights legislative recommendations to support renewable energy development and enhance the efficient utilization of ocean space.
