Description
The “APEC Conference on Policies and Technologies to Promote Healthy Aging with Healthy Diet” was organized by the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Chinese Taipei. This conference was held on 26 March 2025 (GMT+8) in Chinese Taipei. The event engaged 18 experts and attracted more than 200 people from 10 APEC economies, including Canada; Chile; Indonesia; Japan; Malaysia; the Philippines; Singapore; Chinese Taipei; Thailand; and Viet Nam to participate and discuss the successful practices and strategies to promote healthy diets for the elderly.
The summary report provides a conference introduction, key presentations takeaways, results of participation and surveys, conclusion, key findings, recommendations, and successful experiences shared by economies.
