This Feasibility Study completes the fourth phase of the APEC's Low Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Project. The goal of this study is to provide government officials at the local, provincial, and national levels and stakeholders in San Borja with actionable advice to support their existing plans and initiatives to design, develop and implement a low carbon development path that produces repeatable results and measurable outcomes for San Borja.
